两句有什么区别在哪，什么是对的，听说时态要一致，不过我在不少美剧中频繁的看见下面这种使用方法，上面的意思是否会目前不漂亮了。
第一句严格根据时态一致原则，从句用过去时。说话人只不过转述其他人的话，自己对其他人说的话是不是真实持中立态度。
第二句违反了时态一致原则，这种使用方法多为非正式语体，此时说话人觉得其他人说的话的内容是真实的，说话的内容在自己引述时仍然有效。这种使用方法目前已经较为常见了。较为正式的表示同样语境的办法是把said改为says，如此就在形式上维持了时态一致。即 He says your are beautiful.
